Miel is a bakery and workshop space located in Fitzrovia, London, founded by Shaheen Peerbhai. Miel is the realization of her dream to create a home for baking, teaching, and building a community centered around the joy of pastry. Shaheen is a highly trained pastry chef with years of experience in France, having studied at Le Cordon Bleu and under Alain Ducasse. She is also the author of the cookbook Paris Picnic Club and an experienced teacher, offering baking classes in India, London, and Paris. Miel is proud to bring exquisite pastries to Whiskit, sharing Shaheen’s passion for high-quality, artisanal creations.
